The ANKOM XT15 Extractor advances and simplifies the conventional Soxhlet operation. It accelerates the process by performing the extraction under pressure at elevated temperatures. Capable of determining fats from 0% to 100%, the ANKOM XT15 Extractor allows extraction of up to 15 samples at a time and is capable of a total throughput of more than 150 samples per day. Solvent recovery and recycling is done automatically at a rate of 97% or greater.

The ANKOM HCl Hydrolysis System provides an easy method for perform the hydrolysis in total fat/oil analysis. It allows for batch hydrolysis of up to 15 samples at a time. Using Filter Bag Technology, total fat/oil hydrolysis is simplified. The technician inserts up to fifteen samples into the Teflon vessel, adds the acid solution and follows the system screen prompts. Once the program is selected, the system automatically completes the process and rinses the samples.
