How It Works
The effectiveness of the e200 LS is attributed to two key components: a rotating slotted nozzle within the sieving chamber and an industrial vacuum cleaner that is connected to the chamber.
Upon activation of the vacuum cleaner, a vacuum is generated inside the sieving chamber. The design of the rotating slotted nozzle, featuring extremely narrow openings, accelerates the incoming air, directing it at high speed against the sieve fabric from below.
This action propels the particles on the sieve upwards, creating brief yet forceful contact with the acrylic glass cover.
This contact facilitates rapid dispersion of the particles before they are drawn downward through the sieve apertures by the suction of the vacuum cleaner.
Reliable Results
Coarse material remains on the sieve and is re-weighed at the conclusion of the sieving process. The automatic underpressure controller, along with precise specification of sieving-relevant parameters, ensures that reproducible results are consistently achieved.

Sample Capacity and Test Sieves
Sample Quantity: Up to 30 grams can be analysed in a single test, allowing precious samples of small quantities to be examined without compromise.
Test Sieves: A range of test sieves is available, with mesh sizes from 20 µm to 4 mm. This versatility accommodates a wide variety of applications and material types.
