R-201 High Pressure Reactors
The R-201 is a continuous stirring high pressure reactor. The vessel comes in a range of sizes from 100 ml to 10 L, and can be constructed with a choice of materials such as 316SS, Hastelloy, titanium, Monel or glass. The metallic vessels can be built to withstand pressures of up to 5,000 psi (344 bar), while the glass vessel can withstand up to 220 psi (15 bar). The R-201 Reactor includes a pressure relief valve as part of the safety features. The unit can include a sight glass, if required. The control panel can be used to control the pressure, temperature and the speed of agitation in the reactor. The R-201 Reactor includes a choice of different impellers to suit the viscosity of the reactants.

The R-301 is a fixed bed reactor that can be designed to cater for specific applications such as catalyst testing. The design pressure can be up to 6,000 psi, while the design temperature can be up to 800 deg C. A number of gas and liquid feeds can be customised for the R-301 Reactor. The R-301 Reactor can also include a product separation module and a product collection tank module.
