DTG 4000 Disintegration Tester
The DTG 4000 disintegration tester has 4 test stations that can accept a batch of 6 tablets or capsules each. The DTG 4000 features a novel quick-release basket design to allow the vessels to be revomed easily for rapid cleaning. The components are held together by thumb screws to allow the vessel to be disassembled easily without the need for any tools. The one-piece PETG water bath also eliminates any possibility of leakages and makes cleaning easy with its rounded edges. The DTG 4000 meets USP<701> and Ph.Eur. 2.9.1 requirements.

Disintegration Accessories
Additional basket assemblies as well as other accessories such as glass tubes, polycarbonate discs and sieve meshes are available. Baskets may also be serialised and supplied with a Certificate of Compliance if required.
