BI-DCP Disc Centrifuge
The BI-DCP provides an exceptionally high resolution particle size distribution of particles or droplets. It can easily analyse organic and inorganic samples, even particles whose density is less than that of their suspending medium, such as oil in water emulsions. The BI-DCP can resolve multimodal samples with peaks differing in modal value by as little as 13%.

Alternatively, the BI-XDC, which is an X-Ray Disc Centrifuge Particle Size Analyser, is also available for particles that absorb X-rays (largely inorganics such as titanium dioxide) from 0.01 to 100 microns.
