NIR 3000 Spectrometer
The NIR 3000 is designed as a Transmission NIR spectrometer for food analysis. It can specifically measure protein, fat, water, sugar, alcohol and other compounds of foods. The NIR 3000 is ideal for meat, dough, cheese, butter, cream, yoghurt, ice cream, milk powder, granules or any other sample type that can be loaded into a petri dish.

The NIR 1000 can be used to analyse for moisture and alcohol in samples such as gasoline, beer, flour, wheat and other whole grains. It can be used to measure components with OH and CH functional groups.

The NIR 2000 can be used to analyse samples such as liquids, pastes and creams. It can be used to measure water, alcohol, proteins, amides, fats, oils and carbohydrates. It can also be used to measure parameters with OH, CH or NH functional groups.
