XT15 Fat Extractor
The XT15 Extractor provides an Official Procedure for efficient and economical solvent extractions. The XT15 Extractor has been subjected to rigorous testing over a broad range of sample types and is capable of determining fats from 0% to 100%. The XT15 Extractor allows the extraction of up to 15 samples at a time and is capable of more than 150 samples per day, which is a huge increase in productivity as compared to using the soxhlet technique. The XT15 features Automatic Solvent Recycling to reduce solvent expenditure and an Activated Charcoal Filter to elminate the need for operating under a fume hood.

The XT10 is a smaller system that can process up to 100 samples a day. It offers a solvent recovery rate of up to 90%. The solvent has to be manually refilled after the extraction process.
The HCl Hydrolysis System provides an easy method for performing the hydrolysis step in total fat/oil analysis. The HCl system allows batch hydrolysis of up to 15 samples at a time. The operator supplies the water and solvents required for the hydrolysis by connecting the system to reservoirs. The HCl Hydrolysis System will automatically control the rinse cycles, thereby allowing unattended operation.
