Advanced NanoLC
The Advanced NanoLC is a splitless nano-capillary high-performance instrument that is designed to provide precise, reproducible separations for proteomic applications. The Advance NanoLC‘s capability to reduce delay times and handle increased pressures allows it to operate where other nano-capillary LC systems cannot. The Advance NanoLC provides increased information by using the mass spectrometer for meaningful data collection during more of the chromatographic run than conventional nanoLC systems, increasing Mass Spec Utilization Time from inject-to-inject. The end result is the ability to separate lower abundance proteins from co-eluting higher abundance proteins during the same analysis time, resulting in significantly higher protein identifications.
